Lighthouse Blue......................................... windows colour scheme.


Eh?

Here I am using windows xp, but without all the theme craziness as this
computer has a celery chip and I find I want need a lighter shade of
grey...

So here it is knocked together in a moment of madness; a colour scheme
based on lighthouse blue (I took the colours from a screenshot of
the theme).

Tested:  Windows XP
Hopefully works: Windows 2000 and below.
